Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of the website pixelpivot.ae and of our application “PixelPivot lpstack” (together, the “Services”), provided by Pixelpivot FZCO, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“PixelPivot”, “we”, “us”). By using the Services you agree to these terms.
1. Client agreements come first
Marketing services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written agreement with each client, including a data processing agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the client agreement prevails.
2. The website
The content of pixelpivot.ae is general information about our services and is not professional advice. Free audits requested through the website are given without obligation and without guarantee of results.
3. PixelPivot lpstack
PixelPivot lpstack is an internal platform for building landing pages and measuring advertising campaigns for our clients. Access is limited to PixelPivot staff and users authorised by a client. If you are given access, you agree to:
- keep your login secure and not share your access with others;
- connect only advertising accounts you are authorised to manage;
- use the platform only for lawful marketing of the client you work for, and in line with the advertising policies of the platforms involved (for example the Google Ads policies);
- not attempt to access other clients' data, disrupt the platform or bypass its security.
When you connect a Google account, the application acts only within the access you grant, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke that access at any time in your Google Account permissions.
4. Third-party services
The Services rely on third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising, TikTok and Cloudflare. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, changes or decisions, such as ad approvals or account suspensions.
5. Intellectual property
The Services, including the software, design and content of the website, belong to PixelPivot or its licensors. Content a client provides, and landing pages built for a client, belong to the client as set out in the client agreement.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including data received from Google APIs.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided “as is”. We work to keep them available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free reporting or specific advertising results. To the extent the law allows, PixelPivot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to PixelPivot lpstack if these terms are breached, if a client relationship ends, or to protect the security of the Services. Sections 5 and 7 continue to apply after termination.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell our clients directly. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a client agreement says otherwise.
